Feura Bush Library Closing

Begun in the 1980’s by the Feura Bush Neighborhood Association the Feura Bush Neighborhood Library was run by volunteers with donated books.  The Jerusalem Reformed Church in Feura Bush permitted the use of the one room schoolhouse on the back of their property to be used by the library in return for improvements to the building and maintenance of the building.  The program lapsed during COVID and the  Jerusalem Reformed Church has said since there is no activity there, they asked that it be cleaned out.

There will be a sale of the contents of the library including many hundreds of childrens and adult fiction and nonfiction books, 33 1/3 rpm, 45s, tapes, and CD sound recordings, VHS and DVR movies, toys, board games, puzzles and some furniture including small wooden bookcases  3 ft W x 3 ½ ft H, as well as several 8ft. tall units of steel shelving. The sale will be every Friday and Saturday in May from 9 AM to 3 PM.
