Senior Services of Albany and the National Council on Aging present the Aging Mastery Program.
For 10 Thursdays in a row beginning Sept. 8, people ages 50 and older will learn how to age well while having fun. The Aging Mastery Program helps people develop behaviors across many dimensions that will lead to improved health, stronger financial security and overall wellbeing. Gifts and prizes will be awarded throughout the program.
Enjoy a delicious lunch and an educational program where you can:
• Learn how to make and maintain small, but impactful changes in your health behaviors, financial wellbeing and enrichment in later life
• Make new friends, provide support and encouragement to your peers and become more involved in your community
• Earn rewards for taking small steps that cam improve your wellbeing.
The Aging Mastery Program will be held from Sept. 8 through Nov. 10 at the Capital South Campus Center, 20 Warren St. in Albany. Lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. to noon, and the program takes place from noon to 1:30 p.m.
