Pair some peanut butter with a banana for a protein-packed treat that comes together in a snap. It’s great for those on-the-go moments, when you need a quick, nutritious pick-me-up. When we say this recipe is easy, we mean it. The most challenging step is peeling the banana.

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup milk, low-fat
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Peel the banana. Place the peeled banana, milk, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla into a blender.
Blend well and serve.
