Here's how screwed up the priorities are among Buffalo professional sports teams -- the Bills either trade away or let go of most of their talented players (i.e. Willis McGahee, Takeo Spikes) and then sign their punter, Brian Moorman, to a lucrative contract.
That's right. The Bills refuse to keep anyone that might help them make the playoffs this year in favor of spending money on a guy that might kick them out of poor field position.
Add in the Sabres letting Chris Drury and Daniel Briere skip town for multi-million dollar contracts in New York and Philadelphia respectively, and you have the recpie for prolonged misery among Buffalo sports fans.
It's not like Buffalonians aren't used to seeing their best players leave town...
