pryan, Mon, October 13th, 2008 The news from last week (on my radio station or any other station) was tough to handle every day....so I won't rehash it. Did you crawl under a rock and stop living? No? Neither did your customers. People are still spending money... but they want more value from each dollar. You & I have to work harder to earn customers dollars. This is no time to cut your advertising - it IS the time to get the most out of each dollar. It doesn't matter if you advertise on my radio station (TALK 1300) or the newspaper, cable, spotlightnews.com - everyone of us has more to give - more to HELP. Get ad quotes from a few different stations or papers or billboard companies... who is HELPING you more? An ad (that's it?). OR - same price, an ad, plus what's behind door number 2 and door number 3. I, personally, give more because I'm loaded with Irish guilt (built in at birth). I want you to have a lot of moving parts to your ad campaign so I'm certain I did everything I possibly could and it works!! You (as a business owner) have to give more to your customers just to keep them. EXPECT more from us, your advertising crew, because we have it to give. CATEGORY: General Society
