 pryan, Tue, July 8th, 2008 I picked up coffee and some munchkins on the 4th of July for my friends working the Holiday. I like holidays because people slow down, there are more smiles, and you can actually pay attention to details that are in front of you everyday. Details like the name tag on the gal who got my coffee and munchkins with a smile. The name tag is a great advertisement that we never take full advantage of.. and it's time we did. We love to hear our name - especially when it preceeded by a "thank you" and closed with a "have a good day". Talk about a return on investment! CATEGORY: General Society
