We are great fans of crisp weather in our family. Autumn is invigorating, and when we got up one morning last week and saw that the temperature in the house was 58 degrees, we agreed it was time to take out the air conditioners.
But it’ll be a while before storm windows go in. That’s always a weekend chore combined with leaf raking, round one. That weekend looks to be a few weeks away, judging by the maple in our side yard that looks like it dipped the tips of its leaves in a can of red paint.
While we wait for the leaves to fall, we settle into our autumn routine...
