Ok, so three weeks from now, on Friday, June 27, members of Bethlehem's senior class become graduates. Caps, tassels, grandmothers, sandwiches in the backyard ...
and an all-night party for the whole class to enjoy.
Which, like everything else in this economy, is hitting hard times. Lots of Bethlehem's business owners have contributed to the party - either cash or goods - and so have parents. Parents of seniors, parents of other high school students, parents of elementary school kids.
And if a few more reach into their pockets and send along a contribution, this year's class will have as good a party as other classes have...
