Local Updates (24/7) Arrest made for public lewdness in vicinity of Boght Hills School Posted on: 09/25/09 Written by: Spotlight Newsroom, Staff email: news@spotlightnews.com Michael V. Vosburgh, 22, of Clifton Park, was arrested Friday, Sept. 25, on public lewdness charges for allegedly masturbating in his car near Boght Hills Elementary School. According to police, a 48-year-old woman who was jogging in the area of 67 Dunsbach Ferry Road reported seeing a man matching Vosburgh’s description allegedly masturbating in his car at approximately 8 a.m. Monday, Sept. 21. Police said the woman ran to a nearby phone and called police. She described the car as a Toyota Celica, with the license plate number EPC3640. Police said the same vehicle was found on another occasion in the same area, and that another woman reported she had been approached by the man but no criminal activity had taken place. Police said there is no indication Vosburgh approached anyone else. The penalty for public lewdness is up to six months in jail and/or a $500 fine. The crime is a Class B misdemeanor.
